Brewton Parker cancelled their JV season due to injuries and not enough players. See email below: I'm very sorry for this, but we are having to cancel our JV games. This past Friday, I had two season ending injuries during a game. Due to this, plus other injuries, plus a few players unexpectedly failing to gain eligibility, we will not have enough bodies to field a varsity and JV. I have copied Emanuel Stephens at Concordia College in Alabama who is looking for more JV games, in hopes that he can fill the spots currently held by our games. I have also listed my JV schedule so you can see the other teams and dates I was playing. If you need any contact info, please just ask. Again, I am very sorry. I spent most of this past weekend in the hospital with a player who will lose a kidney trying to figure out what we would do. I have counted and rechecked eligibility, and I see no way around this outcome at this junction. Please feel free to call, and I will be calling everyone this week as well.
